At PCA, we encourage our staff to think outside the box of the normal educational framework. As a reflection of our Creator, our staff endeavors to make each lesson fun and engaging. Our creative staff then fosters creativity and confidence in each student to also think outside the box.
PCA students are encouraged to ask “what if” and to discover all of the amazing handiwork of God in the world around them. We believe creativity and courage work together to help a student have the confidence necessary to discover all that God has purposed for them to be.
PCA fosters and models a family atmosphere. We believe that as followers of Christ, we are all part of God’s family and therefore should live in such a way that honors God by respecting and loving one another.
Students learn the importance of respecting God-given authority; honoring their parents, as well as caring for others. We intentionally weave service to others into our culture and daily routine. PCA students understand the connection between being a disciple of Christ and good citizenship.
PCA teaches students from a Biblical world view and trains a student to solve problems and is encouraged to determine the “why” and “how” behind the “what”. PCA students gain a clear understanding of what they believe and why.
We believe God created us in His image and therefore we are equipped to think, reason, and solve problems. Whether in the classroom or in extracurricular athletics, PCA students learn the benefits of hard work and follow-through.
Our standardized testing scores show that students at PCA regularly out-perform other students across the country in Math, Science and Reading.
Regardless of where a family decides to place their student for high school, parents can know with great assurance their child will excel academically. We hear frequently from parents how prepared their child was for high school both academically and spiritually.
